Our services
-
Property damage restoration
Restoration after fire and water damage is at the heart of what we do. Our teams help limit damage, restore buildings and property, and help people and businesses get back to normal as quickly as possible.
-
Prevention and damage management
Not every incident can be prevented, but its impact can often be reduced. Through expertise, modern technology and professional damage management, we work to identify and control damage early and reduce further damage.
-
Specialist solutions
In addition to fire and water damage restoration, Polygon Austria provides specialist solutions for complex damage situations and temporary climate solutions. Our teams draw on experience and expertise from a wide range of projects in Austria and across the international Polygon Group.
A responsible and sustainable business at the very core
Sustainability is a natural part of Polygon’s core business. We restore damaged buildings as resource efficiently as possible and help our customers to prevent damage from happening in the first place. Sustainability is also an essential factor for our customers, employees and other key stakeholders that brings about great opportunities and challenges for Polygon that we manage through our sustainability framework: Our responsibility.
Our Responsibility program
We manage environmental, social and governance-related risks, opportunities and impacts within a framework we call Our Responsibility. This is done through daily conversations as well as formalized processes. The framework supports the design of our strategy, business model and the way we work. It sets the foundation of the Group's sustainability (ESG) agenda and is structured around three key pillars: People first, Responsible business and Environmental leadership.
-
People first
At Polygon, people aren’t just part of the business, we are the business. Every day, our teams help rebuild lives and prevent costly damage for our customers. That’s why we’re deeply committed to creating a workplace that is engaged, safe, and inclusive for everyone.
-
Responsible business
Polygon's services play a critical role: in helping businesses maintain continuity and manage risks, especially in the face of unexpected disruptions. In doing so, we help our customers build greater resilience. Guided by our corporate values our focus is to promote high business ethics.
-
Environmental Leadership
Polygon offers a portfolio that is inherently environmentally responsible. We believe prevention, as well as restoration, rather than replacement is better for individuals, businesses, and the environment. By preventing or detecting damage early, Polygon reduces the number and severity of incidents, minimizing both costs and environmental impact.
Zero-accident mindset
At polygon we are commited to minimize injuries and together adopt a zero-accident mindset.
We apply a structured approach to minimize risks and protect employees and other workers from injures and accidents. Particularly relevant to our businesses are personal protective equipment, clothing and air filtration to avoid exposure to harmful substances. We also prevent the spread of microbes and particles to the outside environment.
We continuously monitor sick leave and work-related injuries in each country. In addition, lost time injuries and the sick leave rate are monitored quarterly by Group Business Control.
